F&B Service Expert – Guest Service Role

About the role
Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a memorable dining experience for hotel guests. They set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring each transaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and supplies.
- Manage menu information by reading and visually verifying details.
- Uphold company policies, quality standards, and professional appearance while on duty.
- Follow safety procedures, moving, lifting and handling items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
