F&B Service Expert

About the role

The F&B Service Expert will join the award‑winning St. Regis Abu Dhabi team, delivering impeccable food‑and‑beverage service to discerning guests. This on‑site position requires a professional who can ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a memorable dining experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring order accuracy and timely service.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Greet guests according to St. Regis standards and escort them to their tables.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Stock and replenish linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
• Support the breakdown, cleaning, and set‑up of buffets and food stations.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers and supervisors to maintain a seamless service flow.

Required profile

• Minimum two years (24 months) of experience in food‑and‑beverage service within a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
