About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. This role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, interact with guests, serve food and drinks, and communicate orders to the kitchen.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage menu information, and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and ensure a professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Commitment to creating a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform the physical demands described in the posting.
