About the role
The Guest Service Expert at JW Marriott creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every guest enjoys their meal in a safe and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond to any service needs.
- Maintain work areas, clean supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies, uniform standards, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), and perform repetitive motions.
- No supervisory experience or specific certifications required.
