About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at our Dubai property. You will ensure food and beverage service runs smoothly, from setting tables to delivering meals, while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, manage dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of workspaces and supplies.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen, serve guests, and handle menu inquiries.
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any service issues.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and uniform appearance guidelines.
- Read and visually verify menu information to accurately convey options.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
