About the role
The F&B Service Expert at Khayal, Marriott Al Forsan, delivers memorable dining experiences by setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and serving guests with professionalism. The role combines front‑of‑house service, menu handling and upkeep of a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen and relay information back to diners.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety standards.
- Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist with guest payments.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks on varied surfaces.
- No supervisory experience required and no specific licenses or certifications needed.
