F&B Service Expert – Lobby Lounge

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences in the Lobby Lounge, delivering food and beverage service while upholding safety, quality and professional appearance standards. You will work closely with the kitchen, interact with guests, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, arrange and clear tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer questions and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies and equipment, following company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food & beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and move for extended periods on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
