F&B Service Expert – Minibar

About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Minibar at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal delivers memorable guest experiences by managing minibar operations and supporting overall food‑and‑beverage service. You will interact directly with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, replenish minibar items, and ensure all guest areas are tidy and well‑stocked.
• Communicate guest requests to the kitchen, serve guests, and handle billing when required.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold quality and presentation standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), moving supplies, and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on sloping or uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail when reading menus and verifying information.
