About the role
The Guest Service Expert at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring guests enjoy their meals in a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure proper dining settings.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and coordinate service.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to safety, company policies, and quality standards.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and effective communication.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for extended periods.
