F&B Service Expert – Room Service (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

The Guest Service Expert for Room Service at Le Méridien creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service directly to guest rooms, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hospitality throughout each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear room service trays, ensuring tables and guest areas are clean and well‑presented.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery to guests.
• Interact with guests courteously, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing special requests.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, handling equipment properly, and adhering to uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (or 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
