F&B Service Expert – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly and attentive Guest Service Expert to join its Food & Beverage team in Dubai Marina. As a waiter or waitress, you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering high‑quality service, ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they sit down until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
• Handle payments and process transactions in a courteous manner.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unaided (50 kg with assistance).
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information accurately.
• Good hand‑eye coordination for handling plates, glasses, and utensils.
