F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive F&B Service Expert to join our team at Horizon in Dubai Marina. You will help create memorable dining experiences by serving guests, setting tables, and ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 25 lb (and up to 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
