About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences at Mina’s Kitchen, part of Westin Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, cleaning and restocking as needed.
- Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with selections.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
