About the role
This position is focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests at True Slice. You will represent the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every interaction is flawless and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational tasks in food‑and‑beverage service while adhering to brand standards and procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and proactively resolve any issues.
- Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when required.
- Communicate clearly with fellow team members, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
