F&B Supervisor – In‑room Dining

About the role

Join Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island as an F&B Supervisor for In‑room Dining. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences to guests staying in our 418‑room resort.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources to ensure smooth service operations.
• Supervise, mentor and train the in‑room dining team.
• Delegate duties while maintaining brand standards across all outlets.
• Review house counts, forecast demand and manage VIP guest lists.
• Communicate daily with all food‑and‑beverage outlets and coordinate with the kitchen to guarantee food quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, in‑room dining operations and à‑la‑carte service.
• Passion for food and beverage, proactive personality and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
