About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the overall F&B operation at Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth team performance. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and maintain guest satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment and uphold the highest quality standards for products served.
- Develop and sustain a strong team culture through coaching, training, and empowerment.
- Manage daily team member relations, addressing issues promptly and encouraging problem‑solving.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve business results and operational excellence.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive for operational excellence.
