F&B Supervisor

About the role

Join Anantara at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, a luxury property of Minor Hotels, to lead the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will develop a strong team environment, focus on associate satisfaction, and ensure prompt, courteous service across all dining outlets and room service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the prompt and courteous delivery of all restaurant and room‑service orders, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Assist with serving, seating, and communication with the kitchen during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist, enforcing Anantara service standards.
• Execute revenue and check‑control procedures, handling cash and audit processes accurately.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment for associates and guests.
• Prepare shift tools such as schedules, floor plans, reservations, and checks, and resolve daily operational issues.
• Ensure adequate floor coverage throughout meal periods and monitor product quality.
• Manage associate uniform standards, station rotation, and daily staffing adjustments.
• Oversee repair and maintenance programs through work orders and inspections.
• Support associate performance through coaching, training, and problem‑solving empowerment.
