F&B Support Expert (Busboy)

About the role

Join the Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa team as an F&B Support Expert (Busboy). You will help create memorable dining experiences by supporting food‑and‑beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Address guest service needs with a friendly greeting and timely assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas, clear tables, and follow clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Set tables according to event type, handling linens, glassware, and silverware to quality standards.
• Prepare basic ingredients, portion, chop and store food for the kitchen.
• Requisition and restock supplies, including liquor bottles and bar set‑up items.
• Complete opening and closing inventories, store equipment, lock refrigerators and perform daily cleaning checklists.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive demeanor.
• Dependable, safety‑oriented and able to work under stress while maintaining flexibility.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and retain information.
