About the role

At Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel we seek a Food & Beverage Waiter who will deliver warm, attentive service in our vibrant social spaces, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a team with colleagues in all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
• Understand and adhere to all hotel policies, SOPs, and personal grooming standards.
• Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor.
• Maintain full knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest questions.
• Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.
• Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times.
• Develop complete knowledge of menus and correctly use POS equipment.
• Maintain strict security measures when entering guest rooms to protect privacy.
• Participate actively in training meetings to develop professional skills.
• Check corridors for trays after room service orders and break down trays in the dish area.

Required profile

• Full knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and menus.
• Adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and personal discipline.
• Consistent personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Willingness to check out with supervisor before leaving a station.
• Active participation in training and development activities.
