FBO Quality, Safety & Training Manager

About the role

ExecuJet Middle East is looking for an experienced FBO Quality, Safety & Training Manager to lead the safety and quality programmes at its Dubai Fixed Base Operation. You will ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations, drive continuous improvement, and deliver training that supports a safe, efficient ground handling environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Quality function, conduct internal and external audits, and oversee corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) including Q‑Pulse.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate safety and compliance training programmes for airside and ramp personnel.
• Lead incident investigation, root‑cause analysis and risk assessments following ICAO methodology.
• Coordinate with civil aviation authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise the Safety Committee and manage CAPA processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Safety Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of aviation experience, with at least 3–5 years in safety, quality or compliance roles.
• Proven experience in FBO, ground handling or business aviation environments.
• Strong track record of audit management, incident investigation and training delivery.
