Female DHA Licensed Nurse – Dubai Nursery

About the role

We are seeking a DHA‑licensed female nurse to join our nursery in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality health care to children and supporting staff wellbeing in a dynamic early‑childhood environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of health care in the setting, attending to the needs of children and staff.
• Act as the first line of reference in case of incident in the nursery.
• Make timely nursing decisions in emergencies, coordinating with management.
• Promote optimal wellness of children and staff by providing preventive health services.
• Supervise the risk assessment process in the nursery.
• Identify health and safety concerns and refer them to management.
• Provide health information to staff and parents.
• Support healthy food programmes at the nursery; Arabic and English speaking is preferable.

Required profile

• Female nurse holding a valid DHA license.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
• Experience providing health care to children in a nursery or similar setting.
• Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with management.
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
