Female Spa Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Female Spa Therapist to join the Sofitel Spa at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a 5‑star beachfront resort in Dubai. The role involves delivering a range of spa treatments and ensuring an exceptional, personalized experience for our guests. The position is based onsite at the resort’s spa facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and other services tailored to guest needs.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring professional, warm and personalized interactions.
• Follow up post‑treatment to ensure satisfaction and recommend products or services.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor and maintain spa supplies and equipment, reporting needs to the relevant team.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with wellness and operations teams to create a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Observe brand and operating standards, report accidents or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Certified Spa Therapist with 2‑5 years of hotel‑industry experience.
• Good English communication skills and a pleasing personality.
• Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi‑task.
