Female Technician

About the role

Accor is seeking a dedicated Female Technician to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering professional, friendly service while maintaining the property’s facilities and equipment to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for compliance with operational standards.
• Schedule and execute repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance programs, including pool, spa, chiller, generator, and ice‑machine upkeep.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms, water flooding, or gas alarms.
• Maintain accurate records of plant‑room readings, meter readings, and energy‑conservation monitoring.
• Ensure proper sign‑in/out of equipment and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks.

Required profile

• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance is an asset.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Enthusiastic self‑starter who can follow safety procedures and report hazards.
