Field Engineer – Offshore Installation (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Airswift is looking for an experienced Field Engineer to support offshore installation activities on major Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing technical support for subsea, jacket, and topside installation operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide field engineering support for offshore installation activities.
• Assist with subsea installation operations, including spools, sleepers, and S‑Lay pipeline installation.
• Support jacket installation, particularly grouted jacket installations.
• Coordinate topside installation works and other offshore construction activities.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Review technical documentation and propose solutions to installation challenges.
• Maintain quality, safety, and operational efficiency throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of offshore installation experience.
• Strong background in subsea, jacket, and topside installation activities.
• Experience on major Oil & Gas operator projects in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
• Excellent technical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
