Field Engineer – Pressure Pumping

About the role

The Field Engineer will plan and coordinate pressure pumping activities for ADNOC, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with UAE and ADNOC standards. This role involves daily oversight of PP services, budget preparation, and close interaction with customers and wellsite teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and direction to external customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues.
• Analyze complex wellsite data, resolve issues, and maintain professional contacts.
• Track sand and chemical deliveries, conduct quality assurance for chemical calibration tests, and oversee fluid, chemical, and sand inventories.
• Operate the engineering station computer for real‑time pressure and fracturing fluid monitoring, data recording, and reporting.
• Prepare invoices, maintain location logs, and complete post‑hydraulic fracturing reports.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, rig‑up/rig‑down processes, and preparation of plans and calculations.

Required profile

• BSc in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of field experience in pressure pumping.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good computer knowledge.
