Field Medical Advisor

About the role

The Field Medical Advisor will provide scientific, clinical and therapeutic expertise for NewBridge Oncology products across the Gulf and KSA region. The role focuses on scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to support medical affairs objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key opinion leaders across Gulf and KSA, delivering balanced scientific information on oncology products and gathering market insights.
• Develop and support centers of excellence, advisory boards and speaker programs, and manage speaking‑engagement schedules.
• Identify and support data‑generation initiatives such as investigator‑initiated studies and assist with company‑sponsored clinical research activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date scientific expertise on products and disease states, monitor literature, attend scientific meetings and report competitive intelligence.
• Provide unbiased scientific education to healthcare professionals through peer‑to‑peer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry or a related life‑science field (Master’s/PhD or MBA preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor or Clinical Research Associate within a multinational pharmaceutical company in the MENA region.
• Demonstrated experience in oncology and familiarity with Gulf and Saudi Arabian markets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with external experts and internal cross‑functional teams.
