Field Sales Executive – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Lalamove, a fast‑growing logistics platform, is expanding its presence in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a Field Sales Executive focused on Abu Dhabi. The role will drive outbound field sales, acquire new merchants and increase market penetration across the Abu Dhabi territory while working closely with the UAE sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle outbound field sales in the Abu Dhabi market, following Lalamove UAE outbound sales team’s standard processes and requirements.
• Execute offline territory sweeps, acquire merchants and deepen local market penetration to expand regional business coverage.
• Spend four days per week in the field and report to the Dubai office on Fridays for team synchronization and planning.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant field sales experience, preferably with a proven track record in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Hands‑on, accountable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Arabic, Filipino or Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
