Field Sales Executive – Automotive (Emiratization)

About the role
The Field Sales Executive will drive sales and distribution of Toyota spare parts across the Jebel Ali region. You will build and maintain relationships with IAM workshops and B2B parts dealers, ensuring smooth business operations and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly, prepare visit reports, and achieve/exceed sales and gross margin targets.
- Manage enquiry tracking, supply materials per credit policies, and monitor competitor activities.
- Administer customer incentive schemes, ensure accurate on‑time payments, and collaborate with internal departments.
- Forecast regional performance, analyse market trends, and develop new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Graduate or post‑graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong selling skills in automotive parts, especially B2B accounts.
- Excellent communication, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proven sales skills in the automotive parts industry.
- Strong analytical skills for market and financial analysis.
