About the role
Alphatross Cargo Transport is looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to expand its client base in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into confirmed contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial sectors.
- Engage with key decision makers through on‑site client visits.
- Build and maintain an accurate client database and sales pipeline.
- Manage follow‑ups and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with management on quotations and weekly performance reviews.
- Submit daily activity reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or relocation services.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
What we offer
- Fixed salary plus commission.
