About the role
Alphatross Cargo Transport is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on finding new business across commercial sectors and turning leads into confirmed deals through on-site client visits.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial sectors
- Engage with key decision makers through on-site client visits
- Build and maintain an accurate client database and sales pipeline
- Manage follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed business
- Coordinate with management on quotations and weekly performance reviews
- Submit daily activity reports and achieve monthly sales targets
Required profile
- Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or relocation services
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi/Urdu
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets
What we offer
- Fixed salary plus commission
