Field Sales Representative – Cars

About the role

Dubizzle is seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join its Cars segment in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between buyers, sellers and the company, driving revenue through direct car sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with car sellers and buyers.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain inspection reports.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance and transfer teams to ensure smooth vehicle hand‑over.
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Update CRM with accurate viewing notes, inspection details and client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong closing ability, customer‑service mindset and a proactive work ethic.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
