Field Sales Representative (Emirati Talent)

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a Field Sales Representative focused on the Emirati market. You will drive sales growth, manage product distribution and build lasting relationships with retail customers in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales volumes by product category and meet core distribution targets.
• Secure new SKU listings, negotiate contracts covering visibility, shelf space and promotions.
• Conduct daily store visits to ensure product availability, proper handling and compliance with company standards.
• Report market intelligence, sales analysis, competitor activity and shopper insights to sales management.
• Implement promotional plans in‑store and monitor their effectiveness.
• Coordinate with merchandisers to audit shelf and warehouse stock, manage rotations and address short‑expiry issues.
• Handle collection and financial reconciliation according to Nestlé payment terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity logs and required reports.
• Ensure compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes and Nestlé’s internal policies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• 0–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Own a car (preferred).
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and negotiate contracts.
