Field Service Engineer – Water Treatment (UAE)

About the role

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on‑site chemical treatment programs and support major water and process accounts across the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance of water, cooling, boiler and industrial process systems while providing technical expertise to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site chemical testing, program follow‑up and first‑line troubleshooting for cooling, boiler, water & waste and industrial process units (CDU, VDU, desalter, ethylene cracker treatment).
• Perform site surveys, start‑up and commissioning of dosing systems, and minor assembly operations as required.
• Diagnose larger equipment issues, coordinate with technical teams for repairs, and execute pilot or field trials when needed.
• Inspect customer sites regularly, generate detailed reports and process data using Veolia’s platform, and monitor stock levels.

Required profile

• Professional experience in the water treatment or process industry with a strong technical background.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills for customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel across the Abu Dhabi region and reside in or near Ruwais or Mirfa preferred.
