Field Service Executive - Fintech

About the role

Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring Field Service Executives in Dubai to acquire new merchants for a digital payment platform. The role involves visiting shops, restaurants, cafés and service businesses, explaining the platform and helping them register and activate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective merchants, including shops, restaurants, cafés and service businesses.
• Introduce the digital payment platform and explain its features, benefits and onboarding process.
• Understand each merchant's needs and recommend suitable payment solutions.
• Acquire new merchants and support them through registration and activation.
• Check that basic merchant documents and application details are complete.
• Follow up on onboarding queries and pending registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, applications and sales in the company's CRM or reporting tools.
• Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly activity and acquisition targets.
• Share market feedback, competitor activity and merchant concerns with the sales team.
• Follow company procedures when handling merchant information and documents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, business development or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, telecom or merchant services is an advantage but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; presentable and confident with business owners.
• Self-motivated, persistent and target-oriented, able to plan daily field visits and work independently.
• Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
• A valid UAE driving licence and access to reliable transport are preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer and smartphone skills, including using apps to record sales activity.
• Preferred: experience onboarding or acquiring SME merchants, and familiarity with POS terminals, QR payments, payment gateways or digital wallets.
