Field Supervisor – Coiled Tubing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to lead and support coiled tubing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves real‑time monitoring, operational supervision and ensuring safe, reliable execution aligned with contract KPIs. Success depends on technical competence, HSE excellence, customer focus and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead field execution of coiled tubing operations, including real‑time monitoring and operational supervision.
• Mobilize into projects, achieve competency requirements, deliver safe operations and support contract performance indicators.
• Ensure HSE standards are consistently met on site.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational and reporting documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant Engineering or Science degree/diploma.
• Preferred certifications such as IWCF, IADC, H2S, First Aid and role‑specific training.
• Demonstrated technical competence, customer focus and operational reliability.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in the coiled tubing discipline.
• Well intervention and stimulation knowledge.
• HSE compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Strong English communication.
