Field Support Analyst – IT Infrastructure

About the role

The Field Support Analyst will ensure that end‑user systems and network infrastructure are fully operational, secure and ready for business use within Emirates Flight Catering. This role involves installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure desktop operating systems, MS Office applications and other software packages.
• Configure user accounts, email, internet access, network devices and shared resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, cabling and performance issues.
• Support the Time Keeping System, addressing software, hardware and connectivity faults.
• Identify, diagnose and repair hardware problems, coordinating timely repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the PABX telephony system.
• Install, configure and support Cisco switches, routers, firewalls and related network devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or equivalent qualification in Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining network infrastructure, desktops, printers, MS Office, Windows operating systems, networking protocols, PABX and related field support in a Microsoft/Cisco environment.
