About the role
The Field Support Analyst will ensure end‑user systems are fully operational, providing on‑site and remote assistance across the Emirates Flight Catering network in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, servers, network devices, printers and PABX systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity and Time Keeping System issues to minimise downtime.
- Configure user accounts, email, internet access and shared resources securely.
- Guide staff on proper use of installed systems and proactively identify hardware improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft/Cisco environments supporting desktops, networks and telephony.
- Relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications (mandatory).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
- Cisco switches, routers and firewalls.
- PABX telephony systems.
- Networking protocols and hardware troubleshooting.
- Exposure to PLCs (preferred).
