Filling / Blending Operator – Lubricants Production

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Filling / Blending Operator to run blending and filling equipment for lubricants and greases in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate blending tanks, kettles and filling lines.
- Charge base oils and additives according to approved batch cards.
- Monitor temperature, mixing time and other process parameters.
- Run filling equipment for pack sizes from 1 L to 208 L drums and IBCs.
- Perform line changeovers and cleaning to avoid cross‑contamination.
- Ensure accurate filling quantities, batch coding and labelling.
- Maintain production and batch records.
- Follow quality, safety and housekeeping procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a UAE lubricants manufacturing plant.
- Hands‑on experience in blending and filling operations.
- Knowledge of lubricants, oils and greases production processes is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow batch cards and production instructions.
