Finance & Accounts Executive Turkish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Finance & Accounts Executive to join a well‑established company in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone confident working independently, taking ownership of day‑to‑day accounting operations while supporting banking, trade finance and financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping and daily accounting operations
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage invoicing, payments, bank transactions and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Support VAT and UAE corporate tax related processes
• Liaise directly with banks and manage day‑to‑day banking requirements
• Support trade finance activities, including relevant banking documentation and transactions
• Assist with financial transactions and company‑related banking processes
• Prepare regular financial reports and management information
• Ensure accounting processes are accurate, compliant and completed on time

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Currently based in Dubai/UAE
• Excellent English and Turkish communication skills
• Strong hands‑on bookkeeping and accounting or banking background
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Experience dealing directly with banks
• Exposure to trade finance is highly preferred
• Ability to manage accounting processes independently
• Experience in financial advisory, trading, investment, wholesale or similar environments is an advantage
