Finance and Account Manager

About the role

PC Capital (DIFC) Limited is looking for a Finance and Account Manager in DIFC, Dubai, reporting to Senior Management / the Board of Directors. The role oversees financial management, accounting operations, regulatory reporting and internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with DFSA regulations, the DIFC Companies Law and IFRS, while giving strategic financial guidance to support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger management and financial transactions; lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing under IFRS
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports
• Manage corporate bank accounts, cash flow, trade settlements and foreign exchange exposure
• Prepare and submit DFSA prudential returns (including PIB returns) and statutory filings, and monitor capital adequacy, liquidity buffers and regulatory capital requirements
• Act as the main contact for DFSA financial queries and audits
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT
• Manage relationships with external and internal auditors for annual audit cycles
• Set up and maintain internal financial controls and risk management, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory)
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience; DIFC/ADGM experience preferred

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with financial software and ERPs such as Oracle, SAP, Xero or QuickBooks
• Advanced Excel proficiency
