Finance Business Partner – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports the strategic financial initiatives of the Global Aftersales division, managing planning, budgeting and re‑forecasting while providing insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide active support to operational heads to drive business performance and maximize profit.
• Lead financial planning and analysis during strategic planning activities, including annual budgets, forecasts and strategic plans.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs by division and location to ensure profit maximisation and smooth operational controls.
• Prepare, review and submit monthly management and Board packs, maintaining an effective reporting cycle.

Required profile

• Business degree is mandatory.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive after‑sales industry, preferably with an OE supplier or major OES vendor.
• Proven commercial acumen, strategic thinking and target‑oriented mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior‑level influencing abilities.
