Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Business Partner to lead project financial management and business partnering across our GCC operations. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will work closely with Operations, own end‑to‑end project financial governance and turn data into actionable insight.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on budgets, rolling forecasts and commercial planning.
• Own financial governance of projects from initiation through completion, including post‑project audits, billing and revenue recognition inputs.
• Monitor project revenue, gross margin and profitability, preparing inputs for Financial Control review.
• Drive timely client invoicing, coordinate collections and manage supplier payments and vendor onboarding.
• Prepare operational finance schedules and commercial performance reports to support month‑end close.
• Support internal and external audits and continuously improve project finance processes and controls.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering or project accounting within a project‑based environment.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project profitability and financial governance.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Degree in Mathematics, Accounting or Finance.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic highly preferred, trilingual candidates given priority.
