Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports the Finance Director in delivering high‑quality financial management services across G42’s units. Acting as a bridge between operations and management, the role ensures commercial awareness and provides insight for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage statistical reports for exceptional income and expenditure items.
• Prepare monthly accruals, review preliminary financial statements and adjust for final sign‑off.
• Review balance‑sheet items and prepare supporting schedules.
• Produce forecasts, budgets and financial models, including product and project costing.
• Interpret data trends and variances, delivering concise explanations to stakeholders.
• Provide coverage for team members during absences and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA or CA.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with business units.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence and persuade key decision‑makers.
