Finance Business Partner Manager – Digital & Operations

About the role

The Manager – Finance Business Partnering, Digital & Operations acts as the primary finance partner to the Digital and Operations Directorates, providing financial stewardship, independent challenge and decision support across a large annual expenditure portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance business partnering for Digital and Operations, advising senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting and re‑forecasting.
• Oversee financial oversight of major projects, managing budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals and forecast‑to‑complete.
• Provide management reporting and performance analysis, highlighting variances, risks and opportunities.
• Review and challenge business cases, conduct financial modelling, cost‑benefit analysis and benefits realisation.
• Lead procurement and contracting activities, including tender evaluation and contract variations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA/CGMA, ACA, CPA) preferred; CFA, MBA or PMP advantageous.
• 8+ years progressive finance experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, commercial finance or project finance.
