Finance Business Partner – Quick Commerce

About the role

Amazon is seeking a senior‑level Finance Business Partner to support the Amazon Now quick‑commerce business in the UAE. You will partner with category leaders, program owners and operations teams to drive financial performance while safeguarding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner for quick‑commerce and new programs, leading planning and performance reviews.
• Create and maintain financial models to manage growth and profitability targets.
• Hold teams accountable for key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and narratives for senior leadership in MBRs and QBRs.
• Evaluate initiatives, document learnings and share best practices across the organization.
• Build processes, tools and dashboards to improve decision‑making and data visibility.
• Collaborate with product managers to influence program requirements and business decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of finance or analytical experience, applying KPIs to drive decisions.
• Proven track record of identifying, leading and executing process improvements or automation.
• Experience designing and implementing financial controls or conducting audits.
• Strong background in financial modeling, P&L management and analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
• Experience with large‑scale reporting tools such as MS Access, Essbase and Cognos.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
