Finance Business Partner – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing European deep‑tech company that delivers an integrated AI compute platform through sovereign, energy‑efficient data centre solutions. The role is fully remote, supporting the infrastructure division that designs and deploys modular micro‑data centres for cities, institutions, energy producers and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial, operations and product teams to provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain financial simulation models, including business plans, unit economics and deployment scenarios.
• Model and present ROI and total cost of ownership to clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Own monthly financial reporting, profitability analysis by site/unit, and KPI tracking (margin, cash conversion, payback period).
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and challenge operational assumptions.
• Analyze cost structures of manufacturing and deployment, identifying optimisation levers.
• Prepare financial materials for executive committees, boards, investors and support due‑diligence for fundraising or asset financing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional comfortable with internal and client‑facing interactions.
• Experience in startup or hyper‑growth environments, preferably in infrastructure, energy or capex‑intensive industries.
• Strong analytical rigor, autonomy and ability to communicate financial insights clearly.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
