Finance Consultant (Process/SAP) – Principal

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior Finance Consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives for clients in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on modernising finance functions through process improvement, ERP‑enabled transformation and operating model optimisation, working closely with CFOs, finance controllers and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance process assessments and optimisation across AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements, pain points and future‑state opportunities.
• Design target operating models, governance structures and KPI frameworks.
• Support ERP transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC FICO, Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Drive standardisation, automation, control enhancements and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate finance requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Ensure alignment with accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements, addressing risk and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation.
• Strong finance domain expertise covering AP, AR, GL, R2R, FP&A and O2C.
• Proven consulting capability with stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience delivering large‑scale ERP programmes and finance process automation.
