Finance Consultant (Process/SAP) – Principal

About the role

As a Finance Consultant in the CRL practice, you will help leading consumer goods, retail and logistics clients transform their finance function through process improvement, ERP-enabled transformation and operating model optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance process assessments and design future‑state processes, target operating models and KPI frameworks across AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and reporting.
• Support ERP transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC FICO, Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including fit‑gap analysis, testing, training and cut‑over planning.
• Ensure finance processes comply with accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements, and contribute to governance and audit readiness.
• Participate in sales activities such as proposals, RFP responses and client workshops, and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP consulting or shared services.
• Strong functional expertise in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, financial close and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, gather senior stakeholder requirements and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
