Finance Director for Luxury Hotel

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director – Finance to join Jumeirah Al Naseem from November 2026 onwards. The role leads the Finance and Accounting function for the luxury resort, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash management and strategic advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements, including preparation and review of financial statements.
• Establish robust cash management controls, prepare cash flow forecasts and oversee balance‑sheet reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Supervise the Finance and Accounting team, ensuring timely delivery of reports and providing training and development opportunities.
• Direct the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, set financial objectives and analyse variances to maximise ROI.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, asset managers and corporate teams, reporting performance and acting as a business advisor.
• Coordinate with auditors, investigate findings, certify financial reports and monitor legal, tax and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting and professional accreditation (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role within 5‑star luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and related regulatory environment.
