Finance Director – IFRS & Treasury Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead our Accounting and Treasury functions, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations while supporting rapid growth of our modular AI data centre network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead Accounting & Treasury teams, delivering IFRS‑aligned financial reporting.
• Oversee UAE regulatory compliance, including Corporate Tax, VAT, and statutory audits.
• Develop and execute a corporate treasury strategy, manage banking relationships and secure financing for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and CapEx/ROI modelling for AI data centre expansion.
• Partner with division heads across infrastructure, agriculture and processing to align operations with financial targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Director, VP Finance or CFO role.
• Proven track record of building Accounting & Treasury functions and deep IFRS expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience in CapEx‑intensive sectors such as infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or agriculture.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA); MBA is a plus.
